MPCHS Multi Gardens Phase II is a project brought by the Multi-Professional Cooperative Housing Society, which is a renowned name in real estate in Islamabad. Chaudhry Abdul Majeed heads this group and has been behind phenomenal development in Islamabad. He took the start in the early 1990s, and his group has become the third leading real estate development and management company after DHA and Bahria Town.
The project of Multiple Gardens was launched in 2004 by MPCHS, bringing affordable plots to investors. Now, the second phase of the project is planned to be located close to Chakri Interchange. The developers have said that it will be located in proximity to Faisal Town Phase 2 and Capital Smart City. As the developers are a cooperative housing association, there is little profit taken from the investors.
Thus, it is expected to become a success in a short span of time as investors have shown interest in it.
